Side-mount & Embedded DC units
Our DC cabinet air conditioners fit standard 19” racks and cabinet cutouts. Side-mount versions (flush or protruding) save interior space; embedded versions allow door mounting without compromising seal. What DC voltages are available?
We offer 12V, 24V, 48V, 72V, 110V DC standard models. For railway or special projects, we can customize input ranges 24V-110V wide input with internal regulation. All include under-voltage/over-voltage protection.
How to calculate required cooling capacity?
Based on cabinet internal heat load (W) and ambient max temperature. Our technical team provides free calculation sheet. Typically, choose unit with cooling capacity 20% higher than heat dissipation. 500W to 5000W covers most.
Can these run on solar without battery?
Yes, if you have stable DC bus. However we recommend a small buffer battery for compressor startup. Many clients pair with 48V lithium bank. We offer integrated charge controller option.
Are they compatible with ABB/Schneider cabinets?
We collaborate with major panel builders. Our units fit standard cutouts and include mounting brackets for third-party cabinets. UL/CE certified for safety.
What maintenance do they require?
Very low: clean or replace external filter every 3-6 months depending on dust. Sealed DC compressor needs no oil change. Self-diagnostic LED alerts for service.
